Founded in Newtown in 2012, with independence and sustainability central to the brand from the start. The Newtowner has been on taps across Sydney for over a decade and in early 2026 gained a mid-strength sibling - the Newtowner 3.5. The Newtown site runs regular tours, events, and a gallery alongside the taproom and production brewery.
