Blue Mountains brewery with a reputation well beyond Katoomba. Their hazy IPAs and NEIPAs have won awards across Australia and earned a cult following - worth the trip up the mountain.
Based in Katoomba on Parke Street, Mountain Culture opened their brewpub in the Blue Mountains and quickly built a following for their hop-forward, flavour-first range. New limited releases hit the taps every Thursday. The core range spans juicy NEIPAs through to lagers brewed with Blue Mountains water, a Red IPA, and a sessionable stout.
